The remote server is very cool. I often stream music at night using my desktop, which is across the room from my bed. Changing the volume in the middle of the night can be tricky. The cat always thinks I am up to feed him and so “herds” me toward his bowl, which is in the opposite direction and oh. It can be very dangerous. Thank you!

I don’t know if this applies to new installs or only people like me who have been upgrading Mabox for long enough to have forgotten how long it has been: the server requires python-netifaces to run, but the package was not pulled in on any upgrades, and a cursory search of the package list on the Mabox repo does not turn it up.

It is easy to install of course–

$ pacman -Syyu python-netifaces

–but I thought I should mention it: maybe Mabox would want to pull it in as a dependency for pyradio.

I disabled Colorizer’s PyRadio module for now. Hopefully, it will be back soon :wink:

To fix that set in ~/.config/pyradio/config

use_transparency = False

Then everything works as usual.

Now I wonder if I didn’t change this setting myself… Anyway Colorizer and themes don’t work well when transparency is turned on in config. I need to get this sorted before the PyRadio module comes back.
