I’m not sure I understand what you mean by shortcut menus.

If you want to change keyboard shortcuts, go to the main Openbox configuration file - ~/.config/openbox/rc.xml

This is Conky. All Conky configs used in Mabox are located in ~/.config/conky.

But I strongly suggest you to use Conky context menus, which a brand new addition to Mabox developed for upcoming Istredd release. It is already available but you have to enable this functionality.

Then you can access context menu by right cliking on Conky - which will let you to edit config file.
