I want to open the “System Update (Cli)” from the right menu in a light theme is only in dark and my theme Terminal has a light Theme.
Question: Where can i edit the theme for the System 'Update Cli?
Both Terminals opens in Terminator
The Sun is shinning so big i can’t see my updates. 
Mabox uses theme.sh for theming terminals.
Use th alias to set your favorite theme.
themes.sh is invoked from .bashrc.
So it looks like terminal spawned with right panel entry does not spawn bash…
You may right click on terminal and set colors from Terminator preferences.
Or just do updates by spawning terminal by super + t
and write:
