I try to localize my whole system to German language. In ~/.config/jgmenu I try to modify “Type to Search” inside the file prepend.csv. After saving the changes the old text is still there. I have no possibility to change that.
Unfortunately, this is not currently possible. Some parts of the menu are hardcoded.
Currently, only English, Polish and partly Spanish (contributed by @ben_chile) languages are available.
The possibility of fully translating the menus is planned for the future rewritten version of Mabox (for now, in the phase of collecting ideas and planning).
If you want, you can send me a translation of this string into German.
Unfortunately, there are many such places in the menu, panels and other Mabox tools.
