Can help me out here. What I’m attempting to do is strip the path from a filename and display it in my Conky. Currently I’m able to display the full path and filename with no problem but that’s just overkill for my purposes. I’m not familiar enough with Conky to achieve what I desire so if anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated and you will be helping me along my learning path.
I wrote a bash script that does what I want but have no clue how to incorporate the result into my Conky.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Thank you in advance.
