What do I need to do to get my Epson EcoTank L4150 all-in-one printer to work via usb?

The drivers come in .deb, rpm and tar.gz versions only

I installed both epson-inkjet-printer-escpr2 and epson-inkjet-printer-escpr but nothing opens.

Nor will the Manjaro Settings Manager

Any idea about where to take it from here?

How can I install drivers that are packaged with deb, rpm or tar.gz extensions?

Is there a conversion tool?
