[Solved] Conky wont start

Hi,
Since the last update my conky session or any conkys wont start. I remember that napcock suggested to use the autostart file - but in default the conky starts with the gui - until now it works fine. So I never changed it.

I tried to run via Conky manager - but nothing works.

Thank you
Best regards

Please re-install conky:

yay -S conky

I have tried, but nothing. :frowning:

Please paste here the output of command:

yay -Qi conky

That’s means nothing. If you like somebody to help you, provide some information. Like the output of command you tried, conky version you have installed or anything.

Solution on older installations is to remove currently installed Conky, then install conky from official Manjaro repository.

(Some time ago Mabox shipped with customized conky version, as the one from Arch/Manjaro repos was buggy)

So Conky version is good.
Check if Conky session is enabled in Autostart GUI. Use Conky Manager Menu to select which Conky’s you like to run.

Yes it was enabled. I disabled it and restart the system - after this I reenabled and select a conky. Its working fine. Thank you
