Good morning. I live in Florida, USA. I very much enjoy using Mabox BUT its updates are so slow it is unusable. I find that updates for me drop to speeds of about 20kbps approximately. If that cannot change I am no longer going to be able to use this. Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this?

Sorry to hear you have update speed problems.
I guess manjaro/mabox repo, both have the issue?
Did you tried.
sudo pacman-mirrors --geoip
sudo pacman -Syyu
This will update the mirrors close to your location.
Or use left click on sysinfo_mbcolor conky and rank mirrors from left click-menu.
Or use mb-status from tint2. Though geo ip is not listed.

Thank you, I appreciate your reply. I just tried this, and I also changed how I connect to my own router from 2.4ghz to 5ghz only, which actually made a significant difference. So, for the moment I hope I am on the winning side of this issue. I will let you know if I have further issues. I VERY much appreciate your assistance.
