Ok, I’m working to customize mabox, and mostly loving it. Keeps reminding me of #! at every step. 
But I’m having a very annoying issue with my screen blanking every few minutes. I did configure the power manager to never blank or dim the display both when plugged in and on battery (I’m using a laptop), and even logged in under root (it did solve the problem in Fedora) and configure the power manager in the same way, but this time it’s not working.
What am I missing?

Check current configuration by:
xset q | grep Standby
And try super + alt + b - it should toggle blanking/noblanking.

Thank you! I checked, and shows
Standby: 0 Suspend: 0 Off: 0
which should mean blanking is off, maybe? 
In any case, the screen keeps blanking on me…
