On my Tint2 panel the NetworkManager applet is black (on black). How to get it white like other icons ?
I tried all Mabox Themes but it’s the same…

This is not NetworkManager (NM is on left side), This is PowerManager (from xfce) icon and it is known bug - no way to change this icon.
As I can see you have battery indicator also (70%) - which have Left click action binded to Power Manager settings. So I suggest to just disable this ugly Power manager icon (from PM Settings window).
