Need info: GTK bookmarks file location

I’m confused…

I’m trying to place file manager bookmarks in the dynamic Places menu W + .
as well
On my computer, the bookmarks file is located in ~/.config/gtk-3.0/bookmarks.
However, when I test the upcoming December ISO, the file is created in ~/.gtk-bookmarks.

Which file do you have?
~/.config/gtk-3.0/bookmarks
or
~/.gtk-bookmarks

or maybe both?
Which one is used by your filemanager (PCmanFM)?

I have both files but the “right one“ with the bookmarks is ~/.config/gtk-3.0/bookmarks

Thanks @M0nst3r , looks like:
if ~/.config/gtk-3.0/bookmarks exist it is used.
If not exist, PCmanFM writes bookmarks to ~/.gtk-bookmarks and use that file.

I’ll try to update the scripts today to take this into account.

Hopefully it is fixed with 20251214 update.
