Driver for this card (Realtek rtl8821ce) - is available from AUR → AUR (en) - rtl8821ce-dkms-git
As always it is worth to read comments on AUR website 
To identify your wifi card…
For USB wifi device, type:
lsusb
When using internal PCI wifi card run:
lspci
