After installing latest packages I got a
Failed Virtual Console Setup
After chrooting into the system I couldn’t do anything because of Pty device errors, tried doing pacman -syu but it says nothing to do when ran as non root.
Journalctl says that lightdm had an error…
Doesn’t say anything about the nature of that error, and then when I switch over to tty2-6 it complains about not being able to find /bin/login
Anyone seen this before, what do I do? I have so much stuff that I’d like to keep about that system ;D

Never seen that myself. You might try to follow this thread from Manjaro forum…
Oh I think I simply mv’d my /bin directory instead of ./bin because bin/bash and bin/login don’t exist…
