I just read this article. It was very favorable. I’m wondering what napcok thought of it. The reviewer seemed to like it very much as the 8 and 9 out of 10 scores reflect.

it is the correct rendering and also in points, I fully agree with that.
mabox is fast, works well, is stable, never no problems with update and is archlinux what more could you want.
for me there are two perfect archlinux distros that fit in this row but the other one is less known but in ram far from the lowest i know in archlinux and that is hashlinux project, this one is really as fast as a tgv or fast train but is entirely tilling manager.
I myself use on hardware 2 x mabox linux and 2 x hashlinux, for me these are the best respins what archlinux can give you.
