FittsMon – Mouse Corner & Edge Hotspots for X11
FittsMon is a fork of fittstool by jeanCarloMachado — a lightweight X11 daemon that binds mouse events to screen corners and edges, inspired by Fitts’s Law.
Turn the top edge into a volume knob, trigger skippy-xd on corner hover, toggle mute with a right-click on the bottom — anything you can run from a command line. Corners, edges, center edges, mouse buttons, scroll wheel (including throttled), and pointer enter/leave events are all supported. Multi-monitor aware, with per-monitor config sections and global fallback defaults.
The optional companion fittsmon-gui is a GTK3 app that lets you configure all hotspots visually — no config file editing needed.
