Can't dual boot after mabox install

Dear all,

I don’t know if this is the right place to ask, but since I installed mabox I can no longer boot linux mint. I have a kernel panic with this error message : unable to mount root fs on unknown block (0,0), then computer freezes (even keyboard LEDs don’t respond) and I have to physically force shutdown (via power button).

Any idea on how to fix this (maybe with grub commands ?) welcome.

It seems like you have deleted (or somehow corrupted ) your mint root partition…

That’s not good!

I guess grub didn’t do a great job at creating the right menu entry for my mint partition rather. I could boot it with an old debian 8.3 CD with the rescue mode AND still changing the menu entries of that grub (re)install too ! see : Unbootable after multi-boot install - Linux Mint Forums
