Hi, @muzqs Thank you very much, it could be, but apparently it wasn’t that, it’s weird what happened, now I will answer as much as I can. It is solved.
Well, I’ll try to describe as best I can how I got here.
I created different isos to recover Mabox installed with Mabox isos. They all threw the same lightdm error. @napcok suggested disabling Picom but at that time I had no access to my installed Mabox, the keyboard was not responding so I couldn’t use Terminator, I had to do it in graphical mode with the mouse but I couldn’t open the side panels so nothing I could do. I decided to create an iso with Manjaro, the strange thing is that in the same pendrive Manjaro worked and Mabox didn’t. Why is the lightdm error generated with Mabox and not with Manjaro? Maybe we will never know.
Both isos were checked with cheksum and tested on other machines.
Sure that the isos were ok, I tried again, the Manjaro iso so I could access chroot. I verified that it was working on Mabox, mounted the partitions, and started to try, first with the update, pacman -Syu, tried with pamac and with yay, all failed, because of the errors I tried to update keys and mirrors, I didn’t succeed either, I tried to access the logs and systemd looking for errors and it didn’t work either.
Here are some excerpts of what happened.
I am not uploading everything because it is repeated over and over again.

When I was about to turn it off to stop, something happened and it seemed to come back on the update, it did all the downloading process, etc. and when it reached the hooks, at #66 it hung, I left it for a while to see if it would free, and there was no case, after more than an hour of waiting, I decided to reset the machine.
In that reset allowed me to return to Mabox installed and I managed to disable Picom with the mouse and everything seems to work, performed the update, or I think it did, now I must focus on pacnew, pacsave and recover keys and mirrors, but Mabox is working.
For what it’s worth, here is the result of inxi -zv8
