This is just to let you know that the installer breaks on some occasions:

if it finds a partition it does not know (I had ‘Haiku’ on one partition)

if it checks jfs file systems
The install just stalls and the live system freezes in both situations. Maybe you can add a cli install that does not check as much. Since I really like Mabox I formatted ‘Haiku’ and jfs partitions to ext2 and the install went without problems.
